In 2023, BMW redesigned its flagship model and launched the R 1300 GS to replace the 1250 version.

The design changed radically, moving away from the bulky look to a sleeker profile, highlighted by a new X-shaped headlight.

On the mechanical side, the bike gained power while losing 12 kilos, making it significantly more agile and easier to handle, as confirmed by its strong sales starting in 2024.

Still as versatile and comfortable for long trips, the R 1300 GS evolves further for 2025 with the arrival of the ASA automatic transmission, an option that eliminates the clutch lever.

With these updates, BMW modernizes its market benchmark, making it even more accessible for daily use.
