EXTREME TRANSFORMATION : TMAX 530 BULL BCD DESIGN
FLORIAN'S PROJECT :
We are pleased to introduce Flo's two-wheeler, an enthusiast who has owned his Tmax 530 for five years now.
From the very beginning, Florian has had a real soft spot for this iconic Yamaha model. Wanting a unique and fully customized scooter, this Tmax has been modified both aesthetically and in terms of performance.
On this Tmax 530, everything has been redesigned and transformed — from the chassis to the engine, including the wheels, braking system, and of course the visual appearance.
An extraordinary project: changing everything, improving everything, to create a unique and powerful machine.
Flo has completely transformed his Tmax into a scooter in constant evolution, always in search of better performance and a bolder style.
UNIQUE POWER :
It all started with a Stage 2 upgrade, along with 17-inch rims. This first step allowed him to reach 94 horsepower at the wheel, compared to the original 34 horsepower. An improvement that completely changed the riding experience and sensations.
But Flo didn’t stop there. Always striving for perfection, he pushed his Tmax even further by installing a Stage 4 one year ago. This engine tuning, carried out with the help of EG Moto, was a true technical challenge.
Today, his scooter runs on ethanol and delivers 132 horsepower at the wheel — an unprecedented power level for a Tmax!
Beyond these numerous modifications, Florian turned to Good Kids Motorcycles to replace the original wheels with Yamaha R1 wheels. This change optimizes handling and provides a real performance boost when it comes to tires.
In addition to the engine, many other parts have been modified to achieve a result that is both powerful and visually stunning.
FULL BCD DESIGN BODY KIT :
To personalize his Tmax and give it a sportier look, Florian opted for a full body kit from BCD. He installed a windshield in hydro-dipping for a clean and unique finish, a front fender, a front face, the famous BCD "moustache," as well as side panels with air intakes.
To take the customization even further, Flo also chose rear fairings without grab handles, offering a sleeker and more dynamic style at the back of his Tmax, in line with his tastes and riding style.
The rear wheel cover with air intake also became an essential part of the project, reinforcing the sporty character even at the rear of the scooter.
COCKPIT :
Every detail of the scooter has been carefully reconsidered. The cockpit has also undergone numerous upgrades to combine style and efficiency.
Flo focused on simplicity and style by choosing to install a single bar-end mirror. A bold aesthetic choice that enhances the sporty spirit of the scooter while giving the front of the Tmax a cleaner look.
In addition, master cylinders, aviation brake hoses, and Jet Prime billet switch controls were added to the front for top-tier customization and optimal control.
The finishing touch? A custom-made seat with a sporty chic design, featuring carefully crafted grey stitching, adding not only an aesthetic dimension but also real comfort for daily rides.
With this project, Florian has managed to retain the functionality and practicality of the Tmax while adapting it to his own desires for maximum customization, a bold look, and enhanced riding comfort. Every part has been designed to perfectly follow the original lines of the Tmax, offering flawless visual harmony.
