BCD Design Air Intake for Yamaha TMAX 560 (2025)

Designed and manufactured in France, the BCD Design air intake for the Yamaha TMAX 560 was developed to address one of the main criticisms of the 2025 model’s front end: despite a clear improvement compared to the 2022–2024 versions, the front still appears visually too empty.

To solve this, BCD Design created its iconic air intake, the famous “BCD moustache” an emblematic part that has been part of the brand’s DNA for nearly 10 years, first introduced on the Yamaha TMAX 530 Phase 2 in 2015. Positioned under the headlight, it completes the front-end design and reinforces the sporty character of the TMAX.

Developed in response to numerous customer requests, this part fits the original bodywork lines of the TMAX 560 with millimetric precision. Its integration is smooth and natural, extending the scooter’s lines without altering them, for a powerful, balanced and distinctly premium visual result.

The BCD front air intake for Yamaha TMAX combines an ABS plastic base with air vents fitted with a black epoxy-painted aluminum grille, ensuring impeccable finish quality and long-lasting durability.

Available exclusively in glossy black, made from mass-dyed PPMA, it offers a high-quality appearance perfectly in line with the premium aesthetics of the Yamaha TMAX 560.

EASY AND QUICK INSTALLATION :

Installation of the BCD Design air intake is simple and fast, requiring no specific mechanical skills, but must be carried out carefully.

Fixing is done using two plastic rivets (supplied), requiring the drilling of two holes under the bodywork. Two pre-glued clips on the part ensure secure fastening on both sides.

Estimated installation time: approximately 15 minutes.

⚠️ Warning: Installation requires drilling the lower part of the bodywork. The part can be removed later, however the two holes will remain visible under the fairing.
